Vajrayogini Practice with Pema Khandro – Vajrayogini is the embodiment of wisdom, joy and fierce compassion, a female buddha venerated by all the traditions of Tibetan Buddhism. Vajrayogini meditation is practiced as a meditation to realize innate wisdom and intrinsic courage. This class will review the three Vajrayogini meditations: from the Rinchen Trengwa including the Concise Chod and 100,000 Dakinis and the Generation stage Vajrayogini meditation.

Pema Khandro is an internationally renowned teacher and scholar of Buddhist philosophy.
