May 29 – June 3
Vajrayana Meditation Retreat in the Santa Cruz Mountains
This retreat will focus on one of Tibetan Buddhism’s most widely appreciated practices – the Chod meditation known as the Laughter of the Dakinis. It is a dynamic meditation which includes chanting, visualizing and instruments. The main focus of the practice is transforming one’s own fears and obstacles through love and compassion. The practice will be taught in Tibetan and English along with the Buddhist philosophy behind the practice. It will be led by Pema Khandro, Tibetan Buddhist teacher in the Nyingma lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. For more information email info@BuddhistYogis.org
